The facilities
Established in 1979, TECNinox has expanded over the years to become TECNinox Group specialising in pharmaceutical and biotechnological process systems, in compliance with cGMP/FDA standards. With its headquarters and partners of excellence, the Group is a major technical hub with international production. The various departments perform specific functions to simplify and speed up all processes to guarantee a highly specialised offer.

TECNinox - The headquarters
The TECNinox Group headquarters is where ideas have been taking shape and projects have been developed since 1979. A team of project managers, mechanical engineers and process specialists develop and customise systems step-by-step with customers. A team of plant managers, certified welders, skilled technicians and documentation specialists build and test every single component.
Ilinox - Manufacturing Division
Ilinox has been a leading manufacturer of stainless steel fabrications for electrical control panels and process tanks since 1983. Ilinox has built up highly specialised production and sales teams over the years. Qualified staff and the use of the most advanced technology guarantee quality and reliability to all its customers. The tanks are made of stainless steel and can be supplied as stand-alone units or as process units that can be integrated into functional modules.
Ilinox Hungary - Manufacturing Division
Founded in 1995, Ilinox Hungary, located near Budapest, with its team of skilled technicians supports a flexible organisation for the production and delivery of stainless steel fabrications for electrical control panels.
ERsistemi - Software Automation Division
ERsistemi has been part of the TECNinox Group since 2008 and works on hardware-software integration. The company specialises in the design and implementation of automation systems for process control using PLC and HMI, SCADA and DCS systems, selected from top-of-the-range products from international suppliers. The skills of ERsistemi derive from experience gained in the digital and real-world field and from knowledge of current technologies and design methods. Strong of these skills, ERsistemi designs and builds automation and electrical systems, also developed using real-time simulation and virtual commissioning methods. Experts in Data Integrity and Data Management, ERsistemi offers ongoing support even after a project has been closed.
Research & Development
TECNinox Group creates integrated solutions that generate added value. Masters in the design and construction of process plants and pure fluids systems, in which the automation supplied by the partner ERsistemi is a tangible strength and element of differentiation.
